Yuji Nakasu, Chairman
Yuji Nakasu, an industry veteran with more than 23 years of experience, is responsible for Glovia Services' overall direction. Mr. Nakasu is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Glovia International, where he joined the management team in 1997 and was a key contributor in the establishment of the company as well as the formation of its Asian distribution and support organizations. He most recently served as the Executive Vice President of North American and Japan/Asia Operations where he was responsible for growing Glovia International's presence throughout Japan and Asia as well as defining the regional functionality requirements for glovia.com.
Prior to being assigned to Glovia International, Mr. Nakasu held several senior management positions within Fujitsu's Software and Service Group where he was responsible for selling and supporting enterprise applications within large, multinational customer engagements. He joined Fujitsu Ltd. in 1981 as a product planner in the company's manufacturing department and also held several engineering positions.
Shoichi Goto, Vice President, Operations
Shoichi (Sean) Goto serves as Vice President of Operations for Glovia Services. In this leadership position, Goto is responsible for directing the management of the company's business operations covering all areas of the business, including: developing and executing the business plan and managing issues to achieve the business targets; assessing and managing risks in the business operations both from a business and technical perspective; and serving as executive liaison between Fujitsu in Japan and Glovia group companies to expand business and technical capabilities.
Joining the Fujitsu organization in 1985, Mr. Goto has more than 22 years of experience with the Fujitsu organization related to its business development and system integration functions. Mr. Goto has held positions in Fujitsu organizations both in Japan and abroad, including Fujitsu Services in the United Kingdom where he was a project manager for system integrations and Fujitsu Consulting in Edison, New Jersey where he served as Vice President, Group Commercial Risk Management.
James Gorham, Executive Vice President, Sales
James Gorham has over 20 years of international business experience. With responsibility for the Glovia International sales and customer success, Mr. Gorham oversees the business strategy and sales execution of Glovia International's product offerings, and lends his expertise to Glovia Services in a similar capacity. Previously, Gorham was Vice President of Product Marketing where he was responsible for defining the product vision, content, and roadmap as well as establishing strategic sales and marketing campaigns.
Gorham first joined Glovia International in 1989 as an account manager primarily responsible for implementing Glovia International business software at numerous Ericsson sites worldwide. Before coming to Glovia International, he worked in materials management where he introduced a "customer first" customer satisfaction program at Chloride / Exide Automotive Batteries.
Masahiro Cho, Chief Financial & Administrative Officer
Masahiro Cho is responsible for management of information systems (MIS) and all accounting, legal and administration functions within Glovia Services. Cho has more than 15 years experience in accounting related fields. Prior to Glovia International, Cho served six years as Vice President, Finance & Accounting for Konami Digital Entertainment. He also served ten plus years in a number of senior level accounting and planning positions for Chugai Pharmaceutical, Co., Ltd.
Cho received his MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida in 1991. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting from Pittsburg State University, Pittsburg Kansas in 1989. And he graduated from Toyo University, Tokyo, Japan with a Bachelor of Law in 1985.
David Ginsberg, General Counsel
David Ginsberg serves as in-house legal counsel to senior management at all of the Glovia companies, working closely with them in negotiating, documenting and enforcing Glovia's agreements with customers, vendors and partners as well as ensuring Glovia's compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. He supervises the Contracts Administration, Human Resources and Facilities Departments. Ginsberg has more than 20 years experience in technology law. Prior to joining Glovia, Ginsberg was Director of Business Affairs at MetroLight Studios, Senior Producer at Digital Productions, and Executive Producer and co-owner of Creative Alliance, all award-winning computer graphics and visual effects film and video production companies, after practicing business and entertainment law and litigation for several years in Century City and downtown Los Angeles.
Ginsberg received his JD from the University of Southern California Law School in 1980. He received his BA in Cinema from USC in 1977, where he transferred from the Department of Dramatic Art at UC Berkeley. Ginsberg is admitted to practice law in California and New York.
